ISO 9001 – service quality

The second certification concerns data security and the organization’s resilience to cyber threats. The standard includes, among others:

  • security policies, procedures and guidelines
  • personal data protection (GDPR)
  • physical security and clean desk / clean screen policy

What did the auditors appreciate most in EITS processes?

During the certification process, the audit team particularly appreciated the strong integration of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, as well as the very mature level of technical security measures. They highlighted the comprehensive and well-structured process documentation, the high competence of the technical teams, and the approach based on Security by Design and DevSecOps principles.

The auditors also emphasized the strong awareness of GDPR and NIS2 requirements, as well as an effective backup system that ensures readiness for various types of incidents.

This is a huge compliment to our entire organization.
